It's Bumbo Time

Wow....the girls have really grown since the last time they had their pics taken in their Bumbos!

Ella just loves to be in the bumbo and adores the little monkey.

Look How We've Grown

Today Ava and Ella had their 2 Month Wellness Visit with the Doctor (actually, it was more of a 2 1/2 month visit). Ella is now 10lbs 8oz and 22 1/2 inches long. Ava is now 10lbs 5oz and 22 inches long. Wow...we cannot believe how much they have grown.

4th of July Weekend

We spent our 4th of July weekend with family in Havasu. We had a great time visiting with everyone and going on the boat. And....Aunt CC, my Mom and Nana all volunteered to watch the girls on Sunday so Jason and I could BOTH go out on the water together which was awesome!!!

Splish-Splash!!!

On Father's Day at Kim and Tim's we all decided to go swimming. This was Ava and Ella's first water experience outside of their nightly baths (which they absolutely love). The water was a little cool, but it was really warm outside so we thought we'd give it a try. They were so cute in their bathing-suits and little hats!!!Jason and Tim were the lucky ones who took the girls in the water. Both Ava and Ella did really well at first.
Ava started to freak out a little...what's new :)Daddy to the rescue!!!Ella loved the water!!! Especially floating on her back. We had to take her out because I'm sure it was getting a little chilly - but she would have stayed in there all day.

First Fathers Day

Father's Day this year was extra special because it was Jason's first! We had a great time visiting with family at Kim and Tim's house.

This evening after the girls' bath, we weighed them. Ava is now 9lbs 3oz and Ella is 9lbs 6oz. I can't believe how big they have gotten. The yellow PJ's that they have on here are probably their favorites (well, my favorites at least - I don't think they care) and I have a feeling this will be one of the last times they get to wear them because they've gotten so long :(....

Ava....definitely not happy here!
